We encourage all employees, suppliers, agents, and other stakeholders to report—either anonymously or under their real names—any of the following violations or misconduct:
Scope of Key Reporting Areas:
Illegal or Unethical Conduct: Including but not limited to commercial bribery, improper transfer of benefits, and misappropriation of duties that violate laws and regulations.
Financial Misconduct: Such as falsification of financial statements, accounting fraud, or embezzlement of assets that compromise financial integrity.
Internal Control Deficiencies: Flaws that may lead to significant operational risks or systemic failures.
Breaches of Business Ethics: Including but not limited to disclosure of trade secrets, unfair competition, and false advertising.
Other Harmful Acts: Any behavior that may damage the company’s reputation, investor interests, or long-term sustainability.

Real-name reports will receive updates on the progress of the investigation.
